Role Overview:

As the Senior Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, leading our sales efforts and building a high-performing sales organization. Your expertise in sales management and experience in similar companies will be crucial as you develop strategies, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients in the software development sector.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and create actionable plans to achieve them.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, encouraging professional growth.
  • Implement effective training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Sales Operations and Performance Monitoring:

  • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Continuously analyze sales processes and implement improvements for efficiency.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven track record in a senior sales role, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sales organizations.
  • Experience with outstaffing and outsourcing models is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
